I think if it was in Sir Anselmo's narrative, he would introduce more about himself, his feelings, first. Secondly, he would talk more about his feeling, why he sold that land, and his thinking towards the Americans throughout the story. Lastly, The end of the story will be written in the perspective of Don Anselmo , and the theme would be different depends on what Don Anselmo thinks.
